The apartment is in a real Brownstone building, an emblematic architecture in New York City. The owners live on the ground floor of the building, with their own entrance. They are very cute and discreet.

There are several apartments in this large house and we stayed at the top floor, on the third. It was the only bad thing, caring the suitcases upstairs… 😀

The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 5 people. It has two bedrooms (one double bed in each room), a living room, a bathroom, a small kitchen. You can also sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

What else can you find in the apartment?

In the kitchen there is a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a microwave. There is everything you could need to prepare a breakfast and a meal: pots, silverware, glasses, plates…
In the bathroom there are towels, a dryer and some toiletries.
You can use the washing machine, that is very handy when traveling with children.
Wi-Fi is free.
There’s A/C, which is perfect during the summer.

What is the best of Boerum Hill Guest House?

What I liked the most was the neighborhood. There are many small businesses like cafes, houses, it is a residential neighborhood in which we could have stayed… Forever!

– 30 minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge,
– 10 minutes from Fulton Mall,
– 30 minutes from Times Square (via metro),
– 10 minutes from the New York Transit Museum,
– 10 minutes from a Shake Shack.

The average is about $ 250 per night for 6 people. It is a very reasonable price for those who travel with friends or with a big family.
