Brand History
In 1998 two artists, Lexy Funk and Vahap Avsar, opened up a warehouse in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) to make bags out of recycled items. Shortly after they started making clothes in 2001, then they opened their first store in Bedford Avenue in the heart of Williamsburg In Brooklyn. Their slogan is “Live, Work, Create”.
What can you buy in this store?
The brand with the water tower logo still makes bags. You will also find 100% New York style clothing representing the lifestyle of the city. Their clothes are really unique and fashionable.
