As an example, for the Chicago show, you can find tickets priced between $64 and $125 according to the seating.

What kind of shows can you book with TKTS?

You can gain access to all Broadway and Off-Broadway shows.
The only issue is that people usually reserve the most wanted shows like, The Lion King, Chicago or West Side Story, as a result very few of these shows are available at TKTS.
Unfortunately, it’s a like an everyday lottery.

In fact, there are 4 TKTS locations:
- Times Square: Father Duffy Square, Broadway & 47th Street

What’s the trick in order to get cool and cheap show tickets?

The best tip that I can give you is to come 30 to 45 minutes before the Times Square TKTS opens to make sure you are one of the first in line and score more show options.
The second best tip is to try the 2 other locations (Downtown and Seaport) since there are less people and the shows offered are exactly the same!!!
And finally, the last tip is to look on their smartphone application since some shows are already listed a day before.
