The second solution, which is the most convenient, is the Taxi Shuttle.

How to transfer between La Guardia airport (LGA, New York) and Manhattan?

The shuttle will take to your hotel without walking for $20 or 16 euros/person.
The only negative side is that if you’re the last one to get off out of 7-8 passengers, count at least 45 min to 1 hour before reaching your destination. On the other hand, you’ll have some times to discover the Big Apple during your ride.

What you need to know: Full price for kids after 3 years old.

Like many other things, if you want to fully prepare your trip, book your shuttle right away. This way, you won’t have to spend cash right away on American soil. In addition, you won’t be paying exchange fees since you’re paying in euros if you’re Europeans travelers.

My daughter was in NYC last month and was able to purchase the Unlimited Ride 7 days Metrocard at LaGuardia. There are vending machines (credit only) or pay cash at the convenience store. There is a new bus line Q70 Limited that only takes 8-10 minutes from LaGuardia to the Jackson Hts subway station with connections to subway lines E,M,F,R & 7 (takes 15-30 minutes to midtown Manhattan).
