Nannybag offers you secure lockers for your luggage, they check them to verify that your belongings are in a safe place.
In addition, Nannybag has a contract with Axa insurance to protect your suitcases from theft, loss and breakage.
How much do these services cost?
Rates vary depending on the countries, but include insurance and cancellation is free.
In Europe (countries in the € zone), it costs 6€ per suitcase and € 4€ per extra day.
In the UK, it costs 6£ per suitcase and 4£ per extra day.

My experience with Nannybag
I just tried the Nanny located on 31st Street, not far away from Herald Square and the Empire State Building.
It’s a luggage store and a FedEx/UPS store.
I simply told them that I wanted to leave my suitcase and they took me to the back of the store.
They checked that I was registered in Nannybag, they put a tag on my suitcase and I left it there.
They gave me my reservation number. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.
How and when to reserve?
You can do it whenever you want, even until the last minute.
If there’s a location available, you can book online immediately.
Conclusion
Don’t look any further where to leave your suitcase! Nannybag can be useful if you arrive before check-in time or if your plane leaves until late at night.
The best of it is that there is plenty of locations, and you can choose the one closest to your accommodation.
In short, this service is safe, practical, approved and 100% recommended. Do not hesitate to check if it is available in other cities (just in case you won’t spend your next vacation in New York 😉).
