It is located on 5th Avenue, across from Louis Vuitton (at 57th Street).
NikeTown store is organized on 4 floors:
– Ground floor: Men’s Golf, Tennis, Women’s Tennis,
– 1st Floor: Men’s Soccer, Baby, Jordan, Men’s Athletic Training, Team Sport
– 2nd Floor: Nike Running Club, Men’s Running, Women’s Running
-3rd Ground: Women’s Training, Kids
– The 4th Floor: Men’s Nike Sportswear, Nike Women Sportswear, NikeID Studio.
You will see that everything in this store is dedicated to the brand Nike, from sneakers to custom sport shoes.
At the top floor of the shop, there is a NikeID Studio. Which allows you to choose a style of shoe and customize it: change the color of the sole, laces … you may add your name or nickname, your favorite number! You can add or change whatever you want!

From my point of view, prices are higher than Adidas or Puma. However, it is a good tip to buy real US Nike’s (especially if you are coming from Europe, with the difference between the euro and the dollar), and because some models do not exist in Europe yet.
But my best advice is not to buy in NikeTown 😉
I once wanted to buy 2 pairs of Nike Running Lunarglide. They cost $100 in NikeTown, the same price as the Footlocker store. But at the Footlocker store, they had a better offer: for a $100 purchase or more, they give you back $25! So my two pairs of Nike cost me 150 USD (75 + 75) 😀
I mean, if you don’t want to customize your Nike’s, you can find better prices in other stores 😉
Conclusion
The NikeTown store is one of the most frequented places by tourists in New York. Your trip to NYC does not have to go through the store, but it is interesting to see the immensity of the brand. It is ideal for a “shopping trip” in the city 😉
