Technically, it’s not considered a real rooftop since they are no outdoor space but this bar is located inside the Time Warner Center and is offering a magnificent view on Central Park treetops.

You’ll be seating only on the 4th floor but you can sip on wine and/or cocktails along with tapas while enjoying a nice view comfortably seating inside safe from the cold.

The Celsius – Bryant Park

It’s been 2 years since this seasonal winter bar opened in Bryant Park.
You might as well enjoy the ice skating rink located right next to it and have a drink or eat on the 2nd floor with a view on the ice rink.
This place sells appetizers priced between $8 and $13, sandwiches and burgers for $15, salads are from $12 to $19 and $17 to $26 for a winter specials.
Cocktails are priced around $10.

The Gaonnuri

The Haven Rooftop

The Press Lounge
