Just like the Latham Hotel, Hotel 31 is a great deal since it well situated in New York, it’s cheap and clean.
It’s located close to 5th avenue, a 5 minutes walk from the Empire State Building and 25 minutes from Times Square.
The staff is really helpful.
The rooms and shared bathrooms are very clean at any given time of day.
The prices are really good: $150 for 2.
Of course, the hotel is slightly old but it’s fine for a short stay. It’s a great place where the friendly staff will let you leave your luggage before and after the renting period.
This hotel is perfect for people enjoying the streets of New York all day and looking for a place to sleep.

The room 711 has a wonderful view on the Empire State Building. If you want, you have the option to call the hotel and book ahead a specific room for you.
The subway station is a 5 minutes walk along with a number of bus lines.
In conclusion, it’s good to know that they are still some affordable hotels available in NY with great value.
I do recommend it for small budget!!!
